TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Payment CASH / CARD or BANK TRANSFERS
  • Failure to settle the invoice in full may result in downtime of services rendered to the client until full payment has been received and confirmed. (I also agree to pay any additional costs that JND PC’s would encounter to collect any outstanding payments).
  • You will be notified by our Support if there is any Call-Out fee’s applicable if JND was not at fault and the fault is with the Client, the Client will be liable for any fees that was charged by JND for any faults that is not the responsibility of JND.
  • There will be a reactivation fee to the sum of R250 (Two hundred and fifty rands) for any reason JND had to terminate your line ( eg. Late Payments or Cancellations)
  • By signing / being made aware / reading this document, I understand that the services will be rendered on a monthly basis.
  • The client will still remain liable for the monthly payment even if the client decides not to use the service (eg. relocation without notifying JND). The service can be cancelled if the client does not require the service anymore or fails to render at least the monthly fee for the company equipment (R100 p/m if the service is not to be used and prior arrangement with JND PC’s) of which the equipment will be recovered from the premises if this is not adhered to. Until such time, the client is still bound by the terms and conditions of this service.
  • JND PC’s Internet Services (“we”, “us”, ‘our”) has agreed to provide you the client with the services monthly and any other items you the client have chosen to use for the applicable fees and charges (as amended from time to time). These documents together constitute the entire agreement between us unless amended in writing.
  • JND PC’s will not be liable to the subscriber nor to any associated party for damages, incidental or consequential, of any nature whatsoever.
  • The subscriber shall not resell or make available to any third party such as services they might receive from JND PC’s.
  • JND PC’s reserves the right to withhold access for overdue accounts and has the right to charge interest on these accounts, while the subscriber shall continue to be liable for the services until the 30 calendar days’ notice in writing was received and confirmed by JND PC’s. Any cancellation requires 1 calendar month notice 1st to 30th on any given date since notice has been given eg If you cancel on the 10th the cancellation will only be valid from the 1st of the following month to the 30th.
  • This Agreement will start on the date we activate your Service(s) as our client and will continue monthly as stated above.
  • Any special discounts given/received are subject to a minimum of a 6-month subscription, any downgrade of a package or cancellation prior to the 6 month period expiring will result in extra fees (installation and router fees, etc.) that will be included on your original invoice to cover the company costs.
  • The Client will be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment due to weather and in the case of theft or damage (due, but not limited to, to fire, flood, or earthquake). If the Provider judges the damage came from the client’s premises, they will be held liable for any equipment that was damaged or stolen, and the sum will be calculated by the Provider, and the client will pay accordingly.
